  • What type of payments do you accept?
    We accept all four major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Checks and money orders are also accepted.
  • Do I need to make a payment every month?
    Monthly payments should be made. You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel. You can make monthly payments several ways. Visit our website home page, www.simplitravelbykim.com and click the “Account Login” link in the top right corner
  • Do you provide refunds?
    Group and customized trips are non refundable and non-transferable. For packaged individual trips, please see our terms and conditions policy. Clients are required to accept our terms and conditions policy before reservation is accepted. We strongly encourage clients to invest in travel insurance to protect your investment.
  • Who is SimpliTravel by Kim LLC?
    SimpliTravel by Kim LLC is a full- service travel consultant agency specializing in Groups Travel. We design groups and individual travel arrangements domestically and internationally
  • Is SimpliTravel by Kim an accredited and licensed agency?
    Yes, SimpliTravel by Kim LLC is an accredited and licensed agency. We hold a $1M general liability policy and E & O insurance.
  • What are your business hours?
    Our business hours are 11 am – 6 pm est, Monday-Friday. Saturday and Sunday by appointment only.
  • Can I make reservations on an event after the payments have begun?
    Yes, you can make reservations at any time as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first deposit and then every month make monthly payments. You may need to double up on monthly payments to catch up.
  • How do I book a trip?
    Please schedule a consultation phone call with me, along with filling out the reservation form to register for every new trip. You must complete all required questions, which will be indicated by this symbol: *
  • When will I receive my travel itinerary/travel documents?
    Travel documents and itineraries are sent to each client 14-21 days before the event via email.
  • What happens if my roommate cancels their reservation?
    If your roommate cancels their reservation, your account will be adjusted to the package price according to the new occupancy in your room.
  • Is trip insurance mandatory?
    Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. If you do not purchase insurance with SimpliTravel by Kim LLC, you are required to sign an insurance waiver that you decline trip insurance.
  • What happens if I make my payment and my roommate(s) fails to pay?
    It will be your responsibility to find new roommates, or you will have to pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.
  • What if I need to cancel my trip reservation?
    If you need to cancel your vacation, please fill out the trip cancellation form. Refunds will be contingent on the terms of your trip.
  • What happens after I make my reservation?
    Once you make your reservation, you will receive an invoice via email. Your invoice will include your monthly payment plan. It is your responsibility to make monthly payments to your account.
  • Do you provide roommate matching?
    Yes, we can arrange for roommate matching on select travel packages. Please fill out the Roommate Match Program form, which can be found under Customer Support at the bottom of the site.
  • What are the travel design consultation fees?

  • Do you charge a travel consultation fee?
    Yes. Vacation planning involves a great deal of time and work. We will research all suppliers to find you the best deal to fit your lifestyle. We will work with you to meet your travel needs and requirements. In order to perform the professional services required to start your travel planning, a consultation fee is required. The consultation fee is non-refundable & non-transferable. This fee is separate from the total cost of the trip and must be paid prior to any travel planning, research, booking or additional consulting services commencing. The fee entitles you to a combination of three (3) proposals (i.e., three destinations and no revisions, one destination and two revisions, two destinations and a revision of one, etc.). Your customized proposal will be emailed to you within 48 hours for the Caribbean, Mexico and cruises. Customized international quotes could take up to 4-7 days, and group international quotes could take up to 7-10 days. Travel must be booked within 30 days of the proposal, or a new fee may be assessed. No exceptions will be made.
