All deposits made are non-refundable and non-transferable. SimpliTravel by Kim LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other travel vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds after booking. This helps us keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

There are 2 different types of travel insurance available for purchase: pre-departure protection and post-departure protection. Pre-departure protection protects you in the event your trip is canceled prior to departure and typically includes Cancel For Any Reason Insurance. Post-departure protection protects you after you have departed for vacation and typically covers medical issues, lost baggage, delayed trips, etc.

If you choose to decline travel protection, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your vacation. By declining to purchase travel insurance, you fully understand that SimpliTravel by Kim LLC Travel Agency is not liable or responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or interruption, emergency medical and/or transportation, pandemics, loss of baggage, and personal effects, flight and travel accidents, major events, and/ or rental car physical damage. Travel Insurance is non-refundable.

Having travel insurance will protect your investment and give you peace of mind. Some countries require travel insurance/protection. Check with your destination's official website for more information. SimpliTravel by Kim LLC recommends purchasing cancel for any reason insurance. We recommend purchasing this type of insurance because it will allow you to cancel for any reason. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, most insurance companies were not approving claims due to COVID-19; however, the cancel for any reason insurance will allow you to cancel due to COVID-19 or any other reasons. Please read your policy to confirm what is covered. This type of insurance will cost more than your normal insurance; however, your investment will be better protected with this type of insurance.
