We are SimpliTravel by Kim LLC and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to SimpliTravel by Kim LLC and the term "you" ,"client" , and "I" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

I hereby verify that I have reviewed my travel itinerary for accuracy. I have been advised of all applicable fees, including but not limited to, cancellation and change fees, associated with my trip provided by vendors including SimpliTravel by Kim LLC and other third party suppliers associated with my trip. I understand that discounted fares and vacation packages may have additional restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel may result in the payment of additional fees.

I have been offered travel insurance and I understand some countries require you to have travel protection/insurance for entry.  I  also understand I must visit the country's official website to obtain information on what is needed to visit the destination.  SimpliTravel by Kim LLC or its affiliates are not responsible for any denial of entry or any consequences that may occur from lack of knowledge or failure to obtain appropriate documents for travel.  If I choose not to purchase trip protection at this time, I may be able to purchase it until the final payment is due, but any pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered under the insurance policy I choose.

I understand that SimpliTravel by Kim LLC is not an insurance agent/company and is only recommending certain travel insurance policies. I understand and agree that I have been provided a referral to a licensed agent representing the insurer and have utilized said resource in manner such that I am able to make a fully informed decision regarding the purchase of travel insurance for my trip. I understand it is my sole responsibility to understand the coverages offered and provided by the insurer and policy I have reviewed for myself and for other travelers in participating in this trip.

NO, I do not wish to purchase travel protection. I waive all protection and any assistance from SimpliTravel by Kim LLC for cancellation, medical coverages, travel interruption, baggage loss, and other valuable protections. I also understand that it is not advisable to travel during a pandemic or any travel advisory warning without travel insurance. I also understand that doing so is entirely at my own risk.
